If you wish to cancel a product, you can do so by logging into your client area and selecting the product you wish to cancel.

Click on "Request Cancellation" button on the left hand side of the client area.

Caution: Cancellation request will permanently delete all of your data from the server. 

We recommend that you backup all your website data including any database and emails and verify that the backup's integrity is sound before you request cancellation.

We also suggest that this backups be stored off site and not on the server you wish to cancel. 

If you are unsure we recommend you contact the support department before requesting your cancellation.
